December 26, 2018, the DPL team, together with our partners, Suntri and Hola Firm (Madagascar), held a press conference in the Interfax-Ukraine news agency in Kyiv, where we presented our revolutionary agritech project to the public.
Our team talked about how our online platform, which is powered by Suntri blockchain technology and features new strategies and investment models, will soon help to transform the agricultural sector of Ukraine into a high-tech industry.
The launch of the platform in Ukraine is planned for early 2019. The team has already signed agreements with interested traders from around the world that have a total annual trading volume of more than $ 1,000,000,000. In early December, the project also enlisted the support of the All-Ukrainian Association of Landowners and the Peasant Party of Ukraine.
Roman Nazarov, CEO of DPL Ukraine, stressed that the pilot launch of DPL project in Ukraine will set a new course for digitizing the economy and tokenizing land, which will lead Ukraine to an economic breakthrough.
DPL is also entering the African market. The pilot launch will take place in Madagascar in partnership with the mining company Hola Firm.
Following the successful launch in Ukraine and Africa, the project will be scaling to European and Asian markets.
